James Goulding

Services for Jim Goulding, 85 of Cleburne will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, Dec. 27, 2008 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Burial will be in the Rosehill Cemetery. The Reverend Gene Gurley will officiate. Visitation will be from 6-8 P.M., Friday at the funeral home.
Mr. Goulding passed away Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2008 in Ft. Worth. He was born March 14, 1923 in St. Jo, Tex. to Wylie Loil and Hassie Mae Sloan Goulding. He married Altha Lee Billings on Nov. 10, 1947 in Monahans. He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp. serving in WWII. Mr. Goulding was a P.B.X. installer and repairman for 36 years for Southwestern Bell and AT&T. He was of the Methodist faith. He was a member of the Cleburne Masonic Lodge #315 and the Cleburne Elks Lodge. Jim enjoyed his family, Cleburne High School Football, Golf, hunting and traveling with his wife.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Al Goulding of Cleburne; children, Duaine and Connie Goulding of Grand Prairie, Doug and Debbie Goulding of Arlington, and Rick and Karen Goulding of Houston. He is going to be dearly missed by his grandchildren, Jeremy, Shawn, Kyle, Josh, Kristine, Whitney, Austin, Morgan and Tyler; great grandchildren, Kaycee, Dayne, Maddison, Benson, Austin, Alex, Gage, Kyler, Mandy, Megan and Connor. He was preceded in death by twin sons, Ronald and Donald.
