Services for James Lawrence Keathley, 58, of Cleburne will be conducted at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, July 22, 2006 at the Central Fellowship Church in Cleburne. Rev. Danny Whitehead will officiate. Burial will be 2:00 pm, Sunday, July 23, 2006, in Kemp Cemetery, Kemp, Texas.

Mr. Keathley passed away, Tuesday, July 18, 2006 in Cleburne. He was born December 30, 1947 in Crandall, Texas to Jesse Dalton and Ivis Joe Templin Keathley.

Mr. Keathley was a crane operator for the railroad and a member of Central Fellowship Church

James Lawrence Keathley is survived by wife Dorothy "Dot" Keathley of Cleburne; son, Kevin L. Keathley and wife Maria of San Antonio; son, Corey D. Keathley of St. Paul Minnesota; daughter Courtney Keathley of Blaine, Minnesota; step-son, Matthew Vaughan of Cleburne; brother Dewayne Keathley and wife Letha of Justin; 2 nieces, Brittany and April; mother Ivis Jo Keathley of Kemp, Texas and a host of relative and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Jesse Dalton Keathly, Jr.

Visitation will be at the funeral home Friday from 6-8 p.m. There will be a visitation, Saturday, 6-8 p.m. at the Anderson Clayton Funeral Home, Kemp, Texas.
