James Williams

Graveside services for James Forest Williams, 93, of Cleburne, will be conducted Saturday, November 7, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. in the East End Cemetery in Lingleville, Texas.

James Williams passed Monday, November 2, 2020 in Cleburne. He was born March 18, 1927 in Vera, Illinois to Robert Guy and Mildred Eva (Lattig) Williams. James proudly served in the United States Navy. He was a retired service manager for General Motors Dealerships.

James was a loving father and grandpa “PaPa”. He was an avid coin and clock collector. He was always willing to help others and was very generous for all those who were in need.

Survivors include his children, Nancy Werstler and husband Anthony Corley, Jimmie Williams and wife Isabel, Elizabeth Williams, and Susan Wren and husband Eugene; grandchildren, David Warner and wife Cassandra, Corey Wren and wife Mui Na, Christopher Sifuentes and wife Anny, Zachary Williams and wife Abby, Elizabeth Eakin and husband Kyle, and Emily Wren; great-grandchildren, Janna Guiterrez, Tristan Hogg, Gabriel Sifuentes, and Leia Sifuentes; and 4 ½ great-great grandchildren.

Preceding him in death were his parents; brother, Wayne; and sister, Virginia.
