Memorial service for James “Jimmy” Doby Young, Jr., 69 of Cleburne will be conducted at 2:00P.M., Friday, October 23, 2020 in Rosehill Cemetery.

James “Jimmy” Doby Young, Jr passed away Friday, October 2, 2020 in Cleburne. He was born March 3, 1951 in Cleburne to James Doby Sr. and Ruby Louise (Stubblefield) Young. Jimmy worked for the family businesses in cattle, trucking and real estate. He enjoyed deer hunting, fishing and traveling especially with his girls. Jimmy was a loving and kind hearted father, grandfather and uncle. He was much loved and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Jimmy is survived by his daughters Becton Wallace and husband Trey, Pate Woolverton and husband Charles; grandchildren, Chase Wallace, Rhyne Wallace, Mary Adeline Wallace, Lenior Woolverton; niece Winter Young; nephew John Young, who remembers Jimmy as the best uncle a nephew could ask for, and a host of other family and friends.

Jimmy is preceded in death by his parents and younger brother, Phillip Young.
