Janice Bingham

Service for Janice Winelle Ownbey Bingham, 65, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Friday, Jan. 21, 2011 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. The Reverend Wayne McCoy will officiate. Pallbearers will be Rocky Whitehead, Terry Ownbey, Jeff Ownbey, Steven Cooper, Greg Webb, Damon Emery and Monty Grigsby. Burial will be in Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 P.M. Thursday.

Mrs. Bingham passed away Monday, January 17, 2011 surrounded by family in Ft. Worth. She was born May 14, 1945 in Cleburne, the fourth of five children born to Lowell B. and Betty Marie Adams Ownbey. She married Lee Edward Bingham, Jr. on April 19, 1961 in Cleburne.

Mrs. Bingham was a homemaker. Janice loved being Nanny to her grandchildren and was especially proud to become a great grandmother. She was of the Baptist faith.

Janice is survived by her husband of 50 years, Lee Bingham and children, Cindy and Charlie Hall and Ricky and Vickie Bingham, all of Cleburne; grandchildren, Rachael and Kory Geesaman of Ft. Worth, Taryn and Paul Daniels of London, England, Cameron Hall of Denton and Blake and Bailey Bingham of Cleburne; great granddaughter, Jordyn Geesaman and was expecting her second great grandchild; brothers and sisters-in-law, Truitt and Pat Ownbey and Kenneth and Joan Ownbey; sister and brother-in-law, Judy and Gary Johnson, all of Cleburne; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Barbara Gail McCowan.
