Janice Hannah

Service for Janice A. Hannah, 71, of Cleburne will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Friday, May 9, 2014 in the Westhill Church of Christ. Mr. Jerry Nelson will officiate. Visitation will be from 4-7:00 P.M., Thursday, at the funeral home.

Mrs. Hannah passed away Tuesday, May 6, 2014 in Ft. Worth. She was born May 24, 1942 in Meridian to Harvey Ike and Jimmie Kendrick Williams. She married James “Jim” Wendell Hannah on March 2, 1965 in Dallas.

Mrs. Hannah was owner and operator of Community Living Concepts group homes from 1981 until her retirement on December 31, 2008. Janice was a great lady who was a champion and advocate for those with special needs. She enjoyed scrapbooking. She was a member of Westhill Church of Christ. Her upbeat personality and positive outlook will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Survivors include her husband Jim Hannah; sons, J. Kyle Hannah and wife Nancy S. and D. Shay Hannah; grandchildren, Jamie Hannah and Mackenzie Hannah; siblings, Sherry Spaar and Steven Williams; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Barry Williams.
