Jazmin Reyes

Jazmin Reyes, infant of Godley, was born and passed away Monday, September 23, 2013 in Fort Worth to Carlos and Kendra Galindo Reyes.

Although she wasnt here long she will live on in our hearts forever.

Survivors include her parents, Carlos and Kendra Reyes; three siblings, Suriah Galindo, Fabian Reyes and Jennessa Reyes; and a host of other relatives and friends.
