Jeanell King

Graveside services for Jeanell Twilligear King, 76, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, March 19, 2011 in the Greenacres Memorial Park. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 6:00-8:00 P.M. on Friday.

Mrs. King passed away on Wednesday, March 16, 2011 in Cleburne. She was born to George William and Bertha Frances Harvey Twilligear on July 21, 1934 in Chatfield, Texas. Jeanell married Reginald (Buddy) King on October 16, 1951 in Cleburne. They owned King Carpets in Cleburne for over 20 years. She was of the Presbyterian faith. Jeanell was a fun loving, energetic lady who enjoyed spending time with her friends and family. She could often be found playing bingo, at the casinos or shopping. Jeanell was an animal lover, especially of cats. She will be missed greatly by all those who knew and loved her. Jeanell was preceded in death by her parents; husband in 2004; and 10 siblings.
Survivors include her children and their spouses, Sherrie and William Roach, Wade and Sharlene King, Shelly and Monty Anthony, and Missy and Robert Rotenberry; 7 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; siblings, Flora Case, G.W. Twilligear, and David Twilligear; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
