Jeffory Brooks

A visitation and gathering for Jeffory Scott Brooks, 53, of Grandview, will be held from 6:00-8:00 P.M., Tuesday, July 5, 2022, in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel.

Jeffory passed away Wednesday, June 29, 2022, in Fort Worth. He was born April 21, 1969, in Waxahachie to Wallace Gene and Ora Lee (Dellinger) Brooks. Jeffory was of the Baptist faith. He worked as a General Contractor in the Residential Remodeling Industry. Jeffory was a giving man, always giving to others in any way he could. He had a strong faith that echoed throughout his life. Family was his priority, especially those who called him “Papa G.” Jeffory was not an idle man. He was a builder, collector and always had projects going. His sense of humor and loving nature will be missed greatly.

Jeffory is survived by his children, Sean Brooks and Allison, Jamie Schultz and Joshua; grandchildren, Jennalee, Wyatt, Walker, and Jewel; sister, Kimberly Jenkins and Wayne; niece and nephew, Casey Brooks and Taylor Jenkins; along with a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Timothy Brooks.
