Jerry "Littlebrook" Brooks

Graveside service for Jerry “Littlebrook” Brooks, 70, of Cleburne will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Thursday, Sept. 14, 2017 in the Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8:00 P.M., Wednesday, at the funeral home.
Jerry “Littlebrook” Brooks passed away Sunday, Sept. 10, 2017 in Fort Worth. He was born Oct. 27, 1946 in Greenville to Charles Jr. and Nida Magdeline Phillips Brooks. He married Delores Kathleen Pack on June 9, 1967 in Cleburne.
Mr. Brooks was a truck driver for over 40 years and was of the Church of Christ faith.
Survivors include his beloved wife of 50 years, Kathy Brooks of Alvarado; children, Teresa Palinkas and husband John of Elm Mott, Andy Brooks and wife Melissa of Krum, Jeremy Brooks and wife Alice of Burleson and Ashlye Brooks of Cleburne; 12 grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; two brothers, Kennith Brooks and wife Paula and Bobby Lee Brooks; six sisters, Gloria Cargnino, Barbara Payne and husband Ron, Kathy Barron, Martha Weatherby, JoAnn Greenslade and husband Marty and Belinda McElroy; numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, granddaughter, Bethany; brothers-in-law, John, Puggy, Jerry, Wade and Buddy; and mother-in-law, Ellen Pack.
