Jerry Trammell

Jerry Wayne Trammell, 75, of Cleburne, passed away Saturday, August 5, 2023 in Cleburne. He was born August 2, 1948 in Abilene, Texas to William Henry and Tillie Mae (Young) Trammell. Jerry married Lucille Morrison on August 30, 1969 in Abilene, Texas. He had worked at Firestone/Expert Tire as a manager.
Jerry enjoyed the outdoors, the mountains and fishing. He won countless fishing championships. Jerry was a member of the Cleburne Bass Club and Riverview Bass Club. Some of the favorite memories were of family trips to Yellowstone, Colorado (specifically Pitkin, Mesa Verde) and the San Juan River. He also enjoyed tinkering with any item he could find.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Lucille Trammell; children, Steve Trammell and wife, Crystal, Kelley Nicholson and husband, Kevin; grandchildren, Madalyn, Mikayla, Delaney, Katelin, Gabe, Brent and Lillie; brother, David Charles Trammell and numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends.

Jerry is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Ron Trammell.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 2-5:00 P.M., Saturday, August 19, 2023 at Calvary Baptist Church in Cleburne.
