Jessiah Ortiz was the perfect baby. He was loving, happy, cheerful and always knew when something was wrong but no matter what, he would always have a smile on his face. That little smile is what motivated us to move forward even when there were a million things going on but once we laid eyes on him everything disappeared. Right now we know he’s not with us physically but we know he’s watching over us from Heaven. We know that as long as we are happy he will be happy which is all that matters to us. Our love for him was more than life itself. Our world was colorless until he was born—as the world came to life and happiness became a option once again for us. It’s hard to not be able to see him grow or teach him the things everyone does as a parent. Even so, for him we will be strong and believe God needed him more. He now has another beautiful angel by his throne. We also know that Jessiah was a gift from the Lord and we are beyond thankful for the many moments we all got to spend with our sweet baby boy.
