Jesus Ortiz

Funeral service for Jesus Ortega Ortiz, 62, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, October 3, 2015 in St. Joseph Catholic Church. Visitation will be Friday from 6:00-8:00 P.M., with a Rosary beginning at 6:00 P.M. Burial will be in Rosehill Cemetery.

Jesus Ortiz passed away Thursday, September 30, 2015 in Fort Worth. He was born June 10, 1953 in Mexico to Jose Merced and Elena Ortega Ramirez. He married Gabriela Rodriguez Ibarra in 1968. Mr. Ortiz was a metal worker for over 30 years and was of the Catholic faith.

Jesus Ortiz is survived by his wife of 47 years, Gabriela Ortiz; children, Jose Jesus Ortiz, Maria Elena Ortiz, Miguel Ortiz and Filberta Ortiz; grandchildren, Juan Jose, Carlos Alberto, Jessica, Oscar, Cesar, Naomi, Lexi, Riley, Benjamin, Juan Manuel, Luiz Alexandro, Gabi and Jose Jesus; siblings, Santiago, Francisco, Jose, Felipa, Guadalupe, Eugenia and Juana and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Victor and Liandra.
