Service for Jim Sinclair, 55, of Godley, will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Thursday, August 4, 2016 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. The Reverend Ken Coleman will officiate. Burial will be in Godley Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Eddie Maxwell, Steve McLaughlin, Kirk Carrell, Kirk Savage, Danny Bogart, Larry Richeson, Brad Hamm, and David Decker. Honorary pallbearers will be Travis Honea, Mark Pruitt, Keith Pruitt, Mark Hanna, Johnny Bridges, Tom Charles Reynolds, and Bobby Reynolds. Visitation will be from 6-8:00 P.M., Wednesday, at the funeral home.
Jim Sinclair passed away Friday, July 29, 2016 in Cleburne. He was born Oct. 17, 1960 in Ft. Worth to William Dorman and Lelia Reynolds Sinclair.
Mr. Sinclair worked as a machine operator for Johnson County precinct no. 2 and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Godley. He loved to cook, loved kids, and had a gift of gab. Jim will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved him.
Survivors include his daughter, Lacey Sinclair of Burleson; stepdaughter, Kaci Bailey of San Marcos; one sister, Wyona Lambert of Keene; two nieces, Julie Testa of Gordon and Peggy Ackermann of Keene; one nephew, Casey Lambert of Arlington; beloved dog, Buddy; and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law, C.J. Lambert.
