Graveside services for Jimmie Wayne Pointer, 61, of Alvord, will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, May 17, 2007 in the DFW National Cemetery.
Jimmie Wayne Pointer passed away Sunday, May 13, 2007 in Dallas. He was born January 4, 1946 in Lubbock, Texas to J.B. and Ruby Hicks Smith Pointer.
He was a carpenter in the construction industry and served in the US Army.
Jimmie Pointer is survived by his daughter, Jamie Webster and husband Kevin of Cleburne; brothers, Donald Pointer and Jackie Bob Pointer both of Alvord and a host of other relatives
