Jimmy Hammonds

Mr. Hammonds passed away Tuesday, November 1, 2005 in North Richland Hills, Texas. He was born September 14, 1932 in Wickliffe, Kentucky to Rufus D. and Jettie T. Whitehouse Hammonds. He married Edna Ruth Dorough on April 5, 2000.

Mr. Hammonds was a salesman in the food sales industry. He enjoyed dancing at the Stagecoach Ballroom and was of the Baptist faith.

Jimmy S. Hammonds is survived by his wife Edna Hammonds of Watauga; three step-daughters, Lisa Matthai and husband Bill of Trophy Club, Cheri Sanders of Birmingham, Alabama and Theda Berdeaux of Virginia; step-son, Jackie Berdeaux and wife Tammy of Phoenix, Arizona; thirteen step grandchildren; six step great-grandchildren; brother, Billy Hammonds and sister, Johnny Sue Downs.
