Jimmy Jones

Services for Jimmy D. Jones, 69, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 2, 2007 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Rev. Charles Payne and Rev. John Glover will officiate.

Jimmy D. Jones passed away Sunday, April 29, 2007 in Cleburne. He was born December 4, 1939 in Cleburne to Caleb and Claudia Blunt Jones. He married Lynda Hutson on December 17, 1976.

Mr. Jones worked 37 1/2 years for Johns Manville as a maintenance supervisor. He served in the US Army and was a member of the Cleburne Masonic Lodge #315. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and faithfully attended Field Street Baptist Church with his wife, Lynda.
Jimmy D. Jones is survived by his wife, Lynda Jones of Cleburne; daughters, Amanda Green and husband Greg of Midlothian, Jill Fuller and husband Craig of Cleburne; son, Mark Elmore of Ft. Worth; sister, Francis Goelz of Arlington and grandchildren, Kyleigh, Brooklyn, Jennifer, Haley, Brandon and Bruce; great-grandchild, Autumn. He was preceded in death by his parents.
