Joann McMinn

Service for Joann Whitaker McMinn, 50, of Grandview, will be conducted at 2: 00 P.M., Sunday, June 30, 2019 in the Godley United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at Rosehill Cemetery in Cleburne. Visitation will be 7-8:30 Saturday, June 29, 2019 at the funeral home.

Joann Whitaker McMinn passed away Thursday, June 27, 2019 in Fort Worth. She was born July 9, 1968 in Fort Worth to Winston and Martha Nell (McCarthy) Whitaker. Joann married Jon Norman McMinn on December 21, 1992 in Cleburne. She was the owner and operator of Grandview Sales and Services for 14 years.

Joann is survived by her husband Norman McMinn of Grandview; children, Coral Elizabeth McMinn of Arlington, Martie Rene McMinn of Grandview, Specialist Charles Ross McMinn of Grandview; grandchildren, Amerykle McMinn and Serenity McMinn; brother, Wayne Whitaker and wife Patricia of Grandview; nephew, Ethan Whitaker of Grandview; father and mother in law, David and Llanea McMinn of Godley; aunts and uncles, Anne and John Hubbard of Cleburne and Dale and Pat McCarthy of Euless.

Joann is preceded in death by her parents and uncle Perry McCarthy.
