Joe Glinski

Graveside services for Joe T. Glinski, 90, will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, December 3, 2012 in the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6-8:00 P.M., Sunday, December 2, 2012 at the funeral home.
Mr. Glinski passed away Monday, November 26, 2012 in Cleburne. He was born to Michael and Catherine Szubrych Glinski on March 15, 1922 in Bremond, Texas. Joe was a decorated veteran of the United States Army Air Corps. during World War II, where he fought in numerous battles including Normandy. He worked as a farmer most of his life and was of the Catholic faith. Joe was a happy man who loved everyone. He was known for his ability to grow anything. He spent countless hours gardening and enjoying the outdoors. His loving nature and giving spirit will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved him. Joe is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Frankie Kubiak Glinski in 1988; and several brothers and sisters.
Survivors include his grandchildren, Robert Glinski and his wife, Jamie, and Cynthia Colon and her husband, Jose; great grandchildren, Jose Colon, Jr., Christopher Colon, Antoinette Mathis, Joanna Glinski, Candice Smith, Sean Glinski, Reagan Glinski, and Rorilynn Glinski; 7 great great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
