Joe Huffman

A memorial service for Joe Dean Huffman, 70, of Alvarado, will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Friday, November 6, 2020, in the First United Methodist Church of Alvarado. Reverend Kim Long will officiate.

Joe Huffman passed Monday, November 2, 2020 in Fort Worth, Texas. He was born December 24, 1949 Clark Air Force Base, Pampana, Philippines to Stuart Arthur and Maggie Ruth (Godsey) Huffman. He married Connie England on November 3, 1972 in Alvarado, Texas. Mr. Huffman was in construction sales. He was very loving, honest and a hard working man. He took care of his family and friends by putting their needs above his.

Survivors include his daughters, Robin Langford and husband Robert, Teri Huffman and Nor Nevarez, and Lisa Huffman; grandchildren, Colten Garrett and Cassidy Cannon, Keelyn Huffman and Tanner Huffman; brother, James Huffman and wife Patty; sisters, Linda Goins and Maryann Vargas; long-time friend, Mike Bayles and wife Pam; numerous other nieces, nephews, extended family and loving friends.

Preceding him in death were his wife, Connie Huffman on September 12, 2020; his parents; brother, Stuart Huffman; and sister, Glenda Elliott.
