Joe Lewis

Service for Little Joe Lewis, 63, lifelong resident of Cleburne, will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Friday, January 14, 2011 in the Westhill Church of Christ. Mr. David Wallace and Mr. Mike Vestal will officiate. Pallbearers will be Vince Grinnell, Chuck Reagan, Casey Lehtinen, Barry Lehtinen, Will Cammack and James Wright. Honorary pallbearers will be his nephews. Burial will be in the Greenacres Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6-8 P.M. Thursday, at the funeral home.

Mr Lewis passed away Tuesday, January 11, 2011 in Cleburne. He was born November 18, 1947 in Cleburne to B.B. and Virgie Mildred Smith Lewis.

Mr. Lewis was a retired printer for Johnson County and a member of Granbury Street Church of Christ.

Mr. Lewis is survived by his mother, Vergie Lewis ; three brothers, Monroe Lewis and wife Maralyn, Roy Lee Lewis and wife Annette and Dwain Lewis and wife Marcia; sister, Bobbie Wesson and husband Norman; many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, B.B. Lewis, sisters, Neva Lou Lewis and Gene Locker; and one brother, Leo Lewis.
