Johnnie Overbey

Service for Johnnie Overbey, 79, will be conducted 11:30 A.M., Wednesday, December 12, 2018 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Pastor David Miller will officiate. Burial will be 2:15 P.M., Wednesday at DFW National Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8:00 P.M., Tuesday at the funeral home.

Johnnie passed away December 5, 2018, in Cleburne. She was born May 4, 1939 in Cleburne to John Wesley and Mattie Magdalene (O’Neal) Bullard. Johnnie married Royce Perry Overbey on June 24, 1958 in Sand Flat. She was a homemaker.

Johnnie is survived by her husband, Royce Overbey of Burleson; children, Danna Dobbins of Burleson, John Overbey and wife Cheri of Fort Worth, Mary Mc Donald and husband Gary of Cleburne and Royce Overbey Jr. of Topeka KS; 13 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren; brothers Donald Bullard of Bridgeport and Leon Bullard and wife Darlene of Granbury; sister La Donna Stephens and husband Richard of Mineral Wells.

She is preceded in death by her parents, and brother Ronald Bullard.
