Johnny Brown

Service for Johnny Mack Brown, 72, of Cleburne will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Monday, Jan. 13, 2014 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Mr. Tommy Johnston will officiate. Burial will be in Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-6:00 P.M., Sunday, at the funeral home.

Mr. Brown passed away Friday, Jan. 10, 2014 in Alvarado. He was born Feb. 8, 1941 in Winnsboro to Robert Leon and Velma McDonald Brown.

Mr. Brown worked as a clerk for the Santa Fe Railroad before retiring. He was a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include his sons, Nathan Brown of Cleburne, Marcus Brown and wife Debbie, and Heath Brown and wife Amy, all of Rio Vista; six grandchildren, Kyle Brown, Autumn Brown, Hayden Brown, River Brown, Bailey Brown and Taylor Johnson; sister, Gaylene; cousins, Jerry and Rosemary Gillespie and June Laubenthal; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Emily Sue Brown.
