Johnny Crabtree

Service for Johnny “Crabman” Crabtree, 57, of Cleburne will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, Feb. 13, 2016 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Burial will be in Greenacres Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6-8:00 P.M., Friday, at the funeral home.

Johnny “Crabman” Crabtree passed away Friday, Feb. 5, 2016 in Cleburne. He was born May 11, 1958 in Cleburne to Mark, Jr. and Pearl Martin Crabtree.

Johnny served in the United States Marines and worked as a contractor with the railroad. He was a loving brother, uncle, nephew, and a friend to many. He was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include his sister, Geneva Manning of Cleburne; nephews, Dwayne Commons of Cleburne, Benton Elam of Spokane, WA, Stephen Crabtree of Arlington, and Kevin Crabtree of Cleburne; aunt, Minnie Faye Bray of MO; cousin, Leta Kay Bray of MO; and a sister-in-law, Martha Crabtree of Cleburne. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Henry Crabtree.
