Johnny Moore

We mournfully announce the passing of Johnny Gale Moore, Jr., 56, Cleburne Texas. Johnny passed away on October 26th 2023, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Johnny was born in Cleburne Texas on November 3, 1966 and lived in Cleburne his entire life. Johnny was a welder throughout his working career. Johnny and Emile began their relationship in June of 1995 and were married on October 31, 2014.
Everyone who knew Johnny knew how full of life he was. Johnny was full of adventure and love for his family and friends, traits that were obvious to all after even just a single meeting with Johnny.

Johnny is survived by his wife Emile J. Moore, his parents Johnny and Jean Ann (Woodall) Moore Sr of Cleburne Texas, his Uncle Bill Woodall of Breckenridge Texas, his mother and father in law Larry and Judy Cole of Jonesboro Arkansas, brother in law Benji Cole of Tennessee, and numerous extended family members and friends that loved Johnny and Johnny loved. Johnny is preceded in death by his grandparents.

We will miss Johnny more than words can say.

One of Johnny’s biggest passions in life was music. An avid guitar player, he spent countless hours perfecting his skill. When Johnny wasn’t playing the guitar, he could be found working on his Camaro or spending time with his wife and family.

In honor of Johnny's LOVE of music, everyone is welcome to wear their favorite band's t-shirt to the viewing and gravesite service.

Graveside service will be 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, November 1, 2023 in Greenacres Memorial Park in Cleburne. Visitation will be 5-8:00 P.M., Tuesday, October 31, 2023 at the funeral home.
