Graveside service for Johnny Norris Shipman, Sr., 59, of Cleburne will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Friday, April 8, 2022, in Greenlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8:00 P.M., Thursday, April 7, 2022, at the funeral home.

Johnny passed away Tuesday, March 29, 2022, in Cleburne. He was born February 26, 1963, in Cleburne to Wilburn Norris and Ora ’Lee (Fuller) Shipman. Johnny married Abigail Vasquez on August 29, 2021, in Cleburne. He worked as a Welder, was a Jack of all Trades, and a member of Bethel Temple Church.

Johnny is survived by his mother, Ora ‘Lee Shipman; wife, Abigail Shipman of Cleburne; son, Johnny Norris Shipman, Jr., and wife, Chantrece of Fort Worth; daughter, Nikeysha Page and husband, Darnell of Fort Worth; sons, Jeffrey Lunn of Fort Worth, Kevin Cambridge of Fort Worth; brothers, Gregory Scott of Oakhill, and Stevie Scott; sister, Sandra Lauderdale and husband, Melvin of Cleburne; grandchildren, Johnae Shipman, J’Ohnnye Shipman, Naudia Shipman, Joyclyn Shipman, Johnny Shipman III, Amier Parker, Anysiah Parker, Jonathan Johnson, Ny’Cita Page, Elle Zellner, Elynne Lunn, and Everette Lunn.; stepchildren, Paul Arellano, Kris McLain, Jessica Maldonado, Ana Arellano; nieces, Le’Andria Miller and husband, Derick, Monique Jimmerson and husband, Justin; nephews, Melvin Lauderdale, Jr., and Kameron Pickett; numerous step-grandchildren; along with a host of other relatives and friends.

Preceded in death by father, grandmother, brother and wife.
