Jose Fonseca

Jose was a grandfather to four grandchildren and a retiree from Johns-Manville in Cleburne. He was an Assistant Operator at the plant for 32 years. Everyone at work knew him as "Karate Joe."
Jose passed away on Friday, January 6 in Ford Worth. He was born August 6, 1941 in Hidalgo, Texas, to Francisco Fonseca and Mariana Vargas Fonseca.
He is survived by Rosa Cisneros-Fonseca, his wife of 43 years; his daughter Cristela and son-in-law Rev. Victor Rodriguez; his son Jose Franciso Fonseca; his son Raul Fonseca and partner Trayce Barnes; his granddaughter Kimberly A. Rodriguez; and grandsons Billy J. Rodriguez, Joseph Fonseca-Crooks and Alex Barnes-Fonseca. He had one sister and three brothers.
Jose was preceded in death by his mother and father, his mother-in-law, his father-in-law, and numerous aunts and uncles.
