Jose Ozuna

Manuel was born on May 15, 1948 in Monclova, Coahuila, Mexico and passed away on Saturday, October 24, 2009 in Fort Worth. He married Maria Gloria Ozuna Ortiz on October 22, 1964. Manuel owned and operated Los Viajeros Cantina for several years. He was a family man, known for his giving nature. He enjoyed fishing and boxing. Grandpa or Papa, as most called him, loved to laugh and joke with everyone. His friendly and loving spirit will be missed greatly by all that knew and loved him. Manuel was preceded in death by his father, Hilberto Ozuna; daughter, Maria Gloria Ozuna; and three brothers.

Survivors include his wife, Maria Gloria Ozuna Ortiz; mother, Maria deRefugio Ozuna Mata; children, Carlos, Laura, Ivonne, Hector, Jesus, Esmeralda, and Rene Ozuna; 18 grandchildren and one more on the way; 1 great grandchild; siblings, Alicia, Tere, Javier, and Aide Ozuna; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
