Jose Vasquez

Services for Jose Vasquez, Jr., 74, of Granbury, will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Monday, December 31, 2007 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cleburne. Father Sergio Rizo will officate. Pallbearers will be Ronnie Roberts, Brian Vasquez, Ronnie Wann, Phillip Vasquez, Jeremy Stewart, Thomas Roberts, Ricky Vasquez, and Cody Warner.
Mr. Vasquez passed away Thursday, December 27, 2007 in Glen Rose. He was born April 30, 1933 in Fort Worth, Tex. to Joe and Dolores Lara Vasquez. He married Hope Galindo on April 17, 1955, in Fort Worth.
Mr. Vasquez was a resturant owner for 37 years in Cleburne, Granbury, Stephenville, Weatherford, and Burleson. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and a member of St. Francis Cabrini Catholic Church in Granbury.
Jos Vasquez, Jr. is survived by wife, Hope Galindo Vasquez of Granbury; children, Hope Vasquez of Granbury, Joe Vasquez and wife Lupita of Cleburne, Susan Vasquez of Fort Worth, Debbie Stewart and husband Greg of Granbury, Raymond Vasquez and wife Dora of Cleburne, Diana Irwin and husband John of Joshua, Dolores Smith and husband Steve of Santa Rosa, California, Delicia Scull of Fort Worth and Tommy Vasquez and wife Jodie of Austin, Tex.; 20 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; sister Dolores Beck. He was preceded in death by a sister Mary Suarez.
Rosary will be 6:00 P.M., Saturday at the funeral home.
