Joseph Ross

Services for Joseph Ross 67, of Cleburne will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Monday, April 11, 2005 in the Cleburne Funeral Home Chapel. Reverend Charles Payne will officiate. Burial will be in the Greenacres Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Justin Carrell, Taylor Cassas, Michael Cassas, Nolan Ross, Rex Meadows and Kenny Meadows.
Mr. Ross passed away Friday, April 8, 2005 in Ft. Worth. He was born July 9, 1937 in Palestine, TX. to Leslie Benjamin and Thenia Mae Hitt Ross. He married Edna Louise Green on April 17, 1959 in Neches, TX. He was a machinest for General Dynamics and Lockheed-Martin for 24 years. Mr. Ross was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and a Baptist.
Survivors include his daughters, Pam Carrell and husband Eddy of Cleburne, Brenda Cassas and husband Roy of Grapevine, Jacqueline Butler of Garland and Cheryl Wheatley and husband Dale of Midlothian; brother, Walter Ross of Fairfield; grandchildren, Justin Carrell, Marci Carrell, Michael Cassas, Taylor Cassas, Andi Cassas, Timothy Wessels, Hayden Butler and Colton Wheatley. He was preceded in death by his wife Edna Louise Ross in 1995 and a brother H.B. Ross in 1971.
Visitation will be from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m., Sunday at the Cleburne Funeral Home.
