Joyce Vickers

Graveside service for Joyce Vickers, 82, of Cleburne will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, October 31, 2015 in Uvalde City Cemetery in Uvalde, Texas. No visitation is scheduled.
Joyce Vickers passed away Monday, October 26, 2015 in Cleburne. She was born July 2, 1933 in Cline, Texas to Roosevelt and Elizabeth Wolff Ridgway. She married Larry Jean Vickers on August 7, 1955 in Uvalde, Texas and he preceded her in death.
Mrs. Vickers was a homemaker and a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend to many. She will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved her.
Survivors include her daughter, Cindy Eldridge and husband Mark; three grandchildren; nine great- grandchildren; sisters, Gladys Everett and Laura Burell; and a host of other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by her parents; and a son, Carson Vickers.
