Juana Maria Palmillas

Service for Juana Maria Palmillas, 54, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Thursday, March 14, 2024 in St. Joseph Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00 P.M., Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at 1301 Roberts Avenue in Cleburne.

Juana passed away Saturday, March 9, 2024 in Cleburne. She was born June 21, 1969 in San Luis Potosi, Mexico to Atenedoro and Anita Galvan Ortiz. Juana was a very happy soul. She loved to dance, be around family and friends. Juana had such a big heart, always kind and helpful. Her passion was her store and family. Juana was a very strong woman. She was a fighter and never gave up.

Juana is survived by her daughters, Sandra Palmillas, Celeste Palmillas; sons, Jose Armando Palmillas, Jose Palmillas, Jr.; grandchildren, Jaden Palmillas and Jax Palmillas and 6 other grandchildren; sisters, Estela Gudino, Maria Argandona, Belem Ortiz, Juana Hernandez, Ortencia Ortiz; brothers, Armando Ortiz and Miguel Ortiz; several nieces and nephews and ex-husband, Jose Palmillas.

Juana is preceded in death by her parents, brother, Emilio Ortiz.
