Service for Juanita Eberhart, 92, of Alvarado will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2017 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Chaplain Larry Schneider will officiate. Burial will be in Rosehill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jeff Choate, Jerry Eberhart, Jr., Trent Eberhart, Trevor Eberhart, Ronnie Dingler and Joey Howington. Visitation will be from 6-8:00 P.M., Tuesday, at the funeral home.
Juanita Eberhart passed away Sunday, Jan. 15, 2017 in Grandview. She was born Nov. 29, 1924 in Johnson County to Mack Roni and Mandy Catherine Duke Miles. She married Joseph “Joe” Lawrence Eberhart on April 18, 1942 in Johnson County.
Mrs. Eberhart worked in quality control for Texas Instruments until retiring and was a loving mother, grandmother, great and great-great grandmother, and a dear friend to many. She was a member of Buel Baptist Church.
Survivors include her daughter, Nita Choate of Grandview; sons, Jerry and Janice Eberhart of Rio Vista and Joe Eberhart, III of Alvarado; grandchildren, Sherry, Jerry, Jr., Linda, Julie, Jeff, Scotty and Mandy; 13 great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and several other relatives and friends who will miss her greatly. She was preceded in death by her parents; beloved husband of 73 years, Joe L. Eberhart on Jan. 3, 2016; and one sister.
