Services for Juanita Palmer, 96, homemaker of Cleburne, will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. on Monday, January 24, 2011 in the Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church with Reverend Sharon Bell officiating. Burial will follow in the Union Hill Cemetery, Joshua. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Sunday from 2:00-4:00 P.M.

Mrs. Palmer passed away on Wednesday, January 19, 2011 in Cleburne. She was born to Benjamin and Bessie Mae Martin Crockett on February 15, 1914 in Egan, Texas. She married Roy Leondus Palmer in September of 1946 in Lorraine, Texas. Juanita was a member of the Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church. She was a warm hearted and outgoing lady, who was fortunate to have many good friends throughout her lifetime. She enjoyed cooking and was an avid sports fan, especially of the Dallas Cowboys. Her love of life and giving nature will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved her. Juanita is preceded in death by her parents; husband; sisters, Alma and Lura; brothers, Terry, Arthur, Addis and Herman; step children, Leslie and Norma Jean; step grandchildren, John and Laverne.

Survivors include her daughter and son in law, Patricia and Ralph Bulmer; grandson and granddaughter in law, John and Patricia Snyder; great grandchildren, Keith and Mekayla; step grandchildren, Janet, Jerry, James and Michael; step great grandchildren, Rachel, Sonya, Lucy, Tommy, Scott, Jason, Madison, Hannah and Ashton; 8 great great grandchildren; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
