Julio Saldana

Julio Chavez Saldana passed away Sunday, August 29, 2010 in Cleburne. He was born December 20, 1944 in Harlingen to Franciso and Felipa (Chavez) Saldana. He married Connie Torrell on March 11, 1993 in Houston.
Mr. Saldana worked for S and B Technical Products Inc. of Fort Worth for 38 years. He was an excellent grillmaster and loved to cook. He also liked to travel and was of the Catholic faith.
Julio Saldana is survived by his wife, Connie of Cleburne; one son, Anthony of Cleburne; two daughters, Julie and Cathy both of Harlingen; three grandchildren; two brothers, Ricardo and wife, Juanita Saldana of San Benito and Joseph Saldana and wife, Helen of Mercedes; three sisters, Eva Esparza, Maria Alverez and Amalia Gonsalez all of Harlingen and a host of nieces, nephew, relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Benito, Juan, Jesus, Carlos and Francisco, Jr. Saldana.
