June Runyon

Services for June Elizabeth Runyon, 84, of Godley, will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 25, 2008, in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. The Rev. Wayne McCoy and Bro. Weldon Coble will officiate. Burial will be in Godley Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Sammy Johnson, Ron Pope, Bobby Hamm, Richard Barnett, Jerry Morgan and Ronny McCoy.
June Elizabeth Runyon passed away Wednesday, October 22, 2008 in Cleburne. She was born June 6, 1924 in Jonah, TX to Bennie Clark and Essie Ola Lee Buckner.
Mrs. Runyon was a retired office manager and was of the Baptist faith.
June Runyon is survived by her daughter, Beth McAlister and husband, Randy of Godley; son, David Eberhart of Godley; 5 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; brother, Charles "Pete" Buckner and wife, Betty of Covington and a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by husbands, Lawrence Eberhart and Bill Runyon; daughters, Leah Eberhart and Dana McCoy; one sister and 4 brothers.
