Karen Weldon

A private committal service for Karen Jeanine Weldon, 49, of Houston will be conducted on Saturday, May 15, 2010 followed by a 2:00 P.M. memorial service in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Mr. Kern Porter will officiate.

Karen Jeanine Weldon passed away Tuesday, May 11, 2010 in Cypress, TX. She was born August 3, 1960 in Cleburne to Doyle and Peggy Graham Weldon. She was a sales representative for Elliott Electric Supply. Karen was a Christian.

She is survived by her mother, Peggy Milstead and husband Lonnie of Abilene; one brother, Brad Weldon and wife Janaye of Plano; two nieces, Aubrey Ballard and husband Chris of Plano and Haley Weldon of Abilene; step-brothers, Tim Milstead and wife Lorraine of Nantucket Island, Mass., Jerry Milstead and wife Meg and Brad Milstead and wife Shannah, all of Dallas; step-sister, Debi Simmons and husband John of London, England; aunt and uncle, Charles and Patsy Gillespie of Ft. Worth and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Karen was preceded in death by her father, Doyle Weldon in 1978.
