Service for Kason Cody Kimbrell, 24, of Hillsboro, will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Friday, May 10, 2019 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Reverend Tim Wilson will officiate. Burial will follow in Blanton Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8:00 P.M. Thursday, May 9. Pallbearers will be Tanner, TJ, Matthew, Sterling, Rowdy and Quinn. Honorary pallbearers will be Annie, Layton, Hayden and Troy.
Kason Kimbrell passed away Sunday, May 5, 2019 in Dallas. He was born November 30, 1994 in Cleburne to Darren Chris and Wendy Lee (Applegate) Kimbrell. He was a machinist with Radke Machine and Tool. He loved to fish, hunt snakes, noodling and all things outdoors.
Survivors include his mother and stepfather Wendy and Thomas Watson of Blum; father Darren Chris Kimbrell, Sr. of Hillsboro; sister Angela Rodriguez of Cleburne; brother Darren Chris Kimbrell, Jr. of Angola, Indiana, stepbrother Layton Watson of Blum, stepsister Ashlyn Calhoun of Cleburne; paternal grandmother Dorothy Tekell Duncan of Hillsboro; maternal grandfather Phillip Wade Hanna of Houston; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who loved him and will miss him.
Preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Carolyn Fay Hanna and paternal grandfather Clarin Dwayne Kimbrell.
