Kathryn Franks

Services for Kathryn M. Franks, 87, of Burleson will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. Friday, August 27, 2010 in the Lane Prairie Baptist Church. Brother Jerry Clements will officiate. Pallbearers will be Joey Kratky, Daniel Franks, David Franks, Josh Taylor, Jason Kratky and Jim Lancaster. Burial will follow in Caddo Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Franks, an apartment manager, passed away Tuesday, August 24, 2010 in Cleburne. She was born July 8, 1923 in Knox County to Albert and Veta Croffard Dixon. She married C. L. Franks on September 15, 1951 in Weatherford.

Kathryn is survived by three sons, Melton Taylor of Fort Worth, Claude Franks of Joshua and Jerry Franks of Burleson; 13 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, C.L. Franks; sons, James Taylor and Marvin Taylor; daughters, Linda Taylor and Judy Kratky.
