Kathryn Mosley

Service for Kathryn Cotton Mosley, 82, of Cleburne will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, November 8, 2023 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Burial will follow at Greenacres Memorial Park. Visitation will be 6-8:00 P.M., Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at the funeral home.
Kathryn passed away Thursday, November 2, 2023, in Cleburne. She was born October 18, 1941, in Gauley Bridge, West Virginia to Charles Wilson and Ethel Marie (Tate) Cotton. Kathryn married Luther J. Mosley on March 11, 1957, in Fort Worth. She was a member of Bethesda Baptist Church of Burleson and was dedicated to her faith and church. Kathryn was known for her cooking and baking, especially her fudge. She was always happy as well as outspoken. She loved cats. Kathryn also enjoyed visiting with family and friends, especially at the holidays.
Kathryn is survived by her husband, Luther J. Mosley; son, Joe Mosley; grandchildren, Stephanie Ann Mosley, Amy Ree Rutledge, Luther David Mosley, and Rikki Nicole Roten; 8 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and host of other relatives and friends.
Kathryn is preceded in death by her parents; children, Charles Tillman, Jackie Dean Mosley, Christina Roten, Rickey Mosley; grandson, Joe Mosley, Jr.; one great-grandson; siblings, Basil Steve “Johnny” Cotton, Mary Christine Gibson and “Snookie” Moncrief.
