Kathy Geheb

Kathy Rae Geheb passed away Thursday, May 19, 2005 in Keene. She was born November 1, 1963 in Marietta, Ohio, to Lonnie and Carrie Lockhart Harless. She married Gene Geheb on December 10, 1988.
Mrs. Geheb was a police officer for the City of Keene. She started her law enforcement career in the Johnson County Sheriff Department in 1994 and transferred to Keene as a reserve police officer in 1999 until December 2002, when she became a full-time Keene Police Officer. She was employee of the year two years in a row.
Kathy Rae Geheb is survived by her husband of 16 years, Gene Geheb of Keene,; three sons, Doug Detwiller, Jr. of Euless, Tx, Ryan Geheb and Gene Geheb III, of Keene; two brothers, David Harless of Joshua and Dan Harless and wife Kristina of Canton, OH; mother, Carrie Harless of Joshua; mother-in-law, Cora Geheb of Covington; sister-in-law, Patty Brenneis and husband Leo of Telluride, CO; cousins, Terri Montoya and husband Bob of Albuquerque, NM, Jeanie Motz, Elaine Farhney, Melissa Hiles, and Fred Motz, Jr. of Canton, OH; aunt, Edith Grenz of Albuquerque, NM; best friends, Kathi Jo Walls and Lynelle Fain both of Keene, and Shiela Rogers of Cleburne; nieces, Morgan Harless of Canton and Ashlee Harless of Joshua; nephews, Aaron Harless of Joshua, and Joshua Harless of Canton, OH; a number of other relatives and friends.
