Kathy Slobodgen, 55, passed away Saturday, March 8, 2014 in Cleburne.
She was born July 6, 1958 in Fort Worth to Otis Wilmoth Dickie and Mary Emma Stanfield Ballard.
Kathy worked at Colonial Manor as a cook for six years. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Survivors include her children, Tami Jenkins and husband Damon, and Justina Slobodgen; five grandchildren, Devante, Jasmine, Julian Jr., Shelli-Anna, Robbie Jr. and one on the way; brother, Curtis Dickie and wife Debbie; sister, Stacie Ballard Johnson and husband William; two nieces; four nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, LaDonna Dickie; husband, Grover Bailey; and two sisters, Terry Windell and Lisa Ballard.
Donations for the family will be accepted at the funeral home.
