Graveside services for Katie Pearl Laxson, 86, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 20, 2008 in the Greenacres Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Michael Post, Darryl Laxson, Chris Laxson, Ricky Earl, Gary Willenborg, David Crow, Mike Moreno and James Tilley.
Katie Pearl Laxson passed away Sunday, August 17, 2008 in Cleburne. She was born October 7, 1921 in Hillsboro, TX to William and Mary Wells Dennis. She married Eldon T. Laxson on April 18, 1955 in Ft. Worth.
Mrs. Laxson was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
Katie Pearl Laxson is survived by her daughters, Paula Earl and husband, Rickie of Cleburne, Margaret Landess of Kennedale, Peggy Hebrank of Kennedale, Pam Lancaster of Cleburne and Frankie Davis of Granbury; 22 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eldon T. Laxson on August 7, 2004 and son, William James Laxson on March 20, 1988.
