Kenneth Bell

Mr. Bell passed away Monday, December 12, 2005 in Rio Vista. He was born February 1, 1934 in Doerun, Georgia to Benard C. and Jimsie Lee Alford Bell. He married Phyllis Penny on September 10, 1971 in Jacksonville, Arkansas.
Mr. Bell was a retired Master Sergeant in the U.S. Airforce. He was a member of Rose of Sharon Baptist Church in Georgia and the American Legion Post 648 in Rio Vista.
Kenneth Lee Bell is survived by his wife Phyllis Bell of Rio Vista; three daughters, Shelia Bell Harper and husband Dale of Granbury, Tammi Lee Day of The Colony and Kimberly Lee-Anne Stulir and husband Brad of Rio Vista; one son, Kenneth Scott Bell of N. Richland Hills; 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren; and one brother, Joel Marlin Bell of Alvarado.
