Kenneth Kretzschmar

Service for Kenneth Arthur (Kenny) Kretzschmar, 69, of Cleburne will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, June 15, 2011 in the Westhill Church of Christ. Mr. Charles Chapman and Mr. Charles Head will officiate. Burial will be in the Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-8 P.M. Tuesday at the family home in Bono.
Mr. Kretzschmar passed from this life into the presence of his Savior on Saturday, June 11, 2011 in Ft. Worth. He was born March 29, 1942 in Dallas to Arthur Joseph Jr. and Virgie LaVerne Durington Kretzschmar. He married Wileta Mae Dickey on Feb. 4, 1967 in Cleburne.
Kenny was a 1960 graduate of Cleburne High School and a graduate of University of Texas at Arlington. He worked 28 years for Quaker Oats Company in sales and management and 11 years for the Marco Company as Vice President of Sales. Kenny enjoyed cattle and wildlife ranching and antique cars. He was a member of the Bono Volunteer Fire Department, Texas Longhorn Breeders Association and the National Rifle Association. He was an avid supporter of the Johnson County Child Advocacy Center. Kenny was a member of the Westhill Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife, Wileta Kretzschmar of Cleburne; daughters, Shaina Corzine and husband Shawn of New Braunfels and Kristi Miller and husband Wes of Dallas; grandchildren Cameron Corzine, Carson Corzine, Kate Miller and Caroline Miller; brother Ricky Kretzschmar of Dallas; sister, LaVerne Hearn of Dallas and a number of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Donnie Kretzschmar.
