Graveside service for Kenneth Dale Smith, 21, of Brazos Point will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, March 19, 2014 in Brazos Point Cemetery. Pastor Phil Vaughn will officiate. Visitation will be from 5-7:00 P.M., Tuesday, at the funeral home.

Mr. Smith passed away Saturday, March 15, 2014 in Erath County. He was born April 21, 1992 in Cleburne to Jimmy Glenn and Christine Tuttle Smith. He was a 2010 graduate of Kopperl High School. Kenneth had been living, working and going to school in Stephenville.

Survivors include his father and stepmother, Jimmy and Katherine Smith of Brazos Point; mother and stepfather, Christine and Kurt Marckwardt of Venus; sisters, Chloe Smith of Brazos Point, Manda Smith and fiance, Jordan Clark of Azle; brother, Jimmy Smith Jr. and fiancee, Jessica Leonard of San Angelo; maternal grandmother, Barbara Warren of Temple; paternal grandmother, Linda Jane Smith of Brazos Point; step-grandparents, Bob and Barbara Gilmer of Lockhart; great grandfather, J.B. Smith of Brazos Point; aunt and uncle, Teresa and Boyd Hamilton of Brazos Point; cousins, Brandi Navarette, Jeffrey Hamilton, Jessie Hamilton and Sasha Rushing; along with many more aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Herman Smith; half-brother, Dylan Smith; and great grandmothers, Odell Smith and Faye Moses.
