Graveside service for Kenneth Ray Worlow, 87, of Cleburne, will be held at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, August 3, 2022, in Brazos Point Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8:00 P.M. Tuesday, August 2, 2022, at the funeral home. Honorary pallbearers will be Cutter Firm, Cash Firm, Blake Worlow, Winston Worlow, Sean Worlow and Kent Worlow.
Kenneth passed away Friday, July 29, 2022, in Fort Worth. He was born January 17, 1935, in Johnson County, Texas to James “Jimmy” Rowe Worlow and Alice Frances (Hudson) Worlow. He married Janie Louise Baucom on May 18, 1956, in Cleburne. Kenneth was a member of Calvary Pentecostal Church. He worked at Santa Fe Railroad, Bell Helicopter, Rangaire, and was a painter for High Life Industrial in Fort Worth. Kenneth was witty, an ultimate joker and king of one-liners. He enjoyed working in his yard and was an avid horseman and hunter. Kenneth was family oriented, especially when it came to his grandchildren. “Papadop” was at as many events as possible to see his grandchildren excel. He loved traveling with family and collecting trains. Kenneth will be greatly missed.
Kenneth is survived by his wife, Janie Baucom Worlow; children and their spouses, Kenneth Eugene Worlow and Linda, Keith Worlow and Krissy, and Kimberly Firm and John; grandchildren, Kent, Kallie, Stephanie, Sean, Blake, Winston, Joseph, Cutter and Cash; numerous great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; siblings, Harold Lee Worlow and wife, Jean, Donald L. Worlow and Bobby Joe Worlow and wife, Nancy; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends; including Peanut, the dog.
He was preceded by his parents; siblings, Charles A. Worlow, Ronald Worlow, Wilda Jean Worlow, Minnie Frances Cole and Mary Nell Phillips.
