Lagene Moore

Graveside service for Lagene Moore, 76, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, Nov. 19, 2011 in Greenacres Memorial Park. Open visitation at the funeral home will be from 9 A.M.-12 Noon Saturday, before the service.

Ms. Moore passed away Thursday, November 17, 2011 in Cleburne. She was born Sept. 3, 1935 in the Concord Community, west of Joshua and north of Cleburne to Waylon A. and Loree Hadley Moore.

Lagene served as a Lt. Captain in the Air Force reserves. She was a registered nurse for 40 plus years, working for the Ft. Worth Department of Health and Welfare, Carswell Air Force Base Hospital, Harris Hospital in Ft. Worth, Dallas ISD, the State of Texas, Methodist Hospital and finally Director of Nurse at Whitney Hospital. She enjoyed all outdoor activities and was of the Christian faith.

Survivors include her aunt, Sudie Clark; numerous cousins and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.
