Larry Don Grigsby

Graveside service for Larry Don Grigsby, 75, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 12:00 P.M., Saturday, February 24, 2024 in Rosehill Cemetery with Reverend Charles Payne and Chaplain Eddy Carrell officiating. Serving as pallbearers are James Bullard, Eddy Carrell, Gary Wylie, and Hillard Cochran.

Larry passed away Wednesday, February 21, 2024 in Cleburne. He was born July 1, 1948 in Cleburne to John Alford and Alice Roberta (Looper) Grigsby. Larry was a Veteran of the United States Army, serving in Germany. He was a beloved teacher in Joshua and Grandview ISD’s with 21 years of service. Larry was well known in Cleburne as an actor with the Greater Cleburne Carnegie Players. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and a devoted son and brother. Larry will be missed by all that knew him.

Survivors include his sister, Martha Grigsby of Cleburne; numerous cousins; and multiple theatre friends.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents.
