Graveside services for Larry Wayne "L.T." Thomas, 61 and Judy Gayle Thomas, 57, of Blum will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, July 11, 2012 in the Blum Cemetery. The Reverend David Bolden will officiate. Visitation will be from 6-8 P.M., Tuesday at the funeral home.
Mr. and Mrs. Thomas passed away July 6, 2012 in Blum. They were married Jan. 10, 1974 in Cleburne.
Larry Thomas was born Mar. 3, 1951 in Cleburne to Edward A. and Reda Faye Hammond Thomas. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was a Mechanic for the Union Pacific Railroad.
Larry's survivors include their son, Dewayne Eddie Thomas and wife Melissa of Blum; one brother, Eddie Thomas and wife Yvonne of Rio Vista; one sister, Linda Kiker Jones and husband Mark of Cleburne; three grandchildren, Destanie, Hope and Jeb Thomas all of Blum, step father, Reuben Rodgers of Cleburne; step sisters, Peggy Reed of Cleburne and Kathy Miller of Aquilla and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one son, David Thomas on June 13, 1997
Judy Thomas was born Dec. 12, 1955 in Cleburne to William Leroy and Mamie Lee Stout Cryer. She was a phlebotomist for the Walls Reg. Hospital.
Judy's survivors include their son, Dewayne Eddie Thomas and wife Melissa of Blum; three sisters, Glenda Harrell of Glen Rose, Carolyn Mitchell and husband Danny of Cleburne and Vickie Day and husband Tommy of Cleburne; three brothers, Clifford (Buddy) Cryer and wife Mary of Ft. Worth, Darrell Cryer of Burleson and Kenneth Cryer and wife Teresa of Cleburne; three grandchildren, Destanie, Hope and Jeb Thomas all of Blum and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Danny Cryer on Aug. 25, 2002 and one son, David Thomas on June 13, 1997.
